Welcome to Kids Konservatory, where you can find quality music education at a price you will sing about!  We offer music classes to Christian home school students and private schools in the Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and surrounding Oklahoma areas.  Our mission is to provide a complete fundamental music education to students whose parents are home schooling.  We offer classes at a price that makes them very affordable to those who have already taken on the expense of making sure that their children get a quality Christ- centered education at home.  On this site you will find a list of our classes, pricing, calendar, sign up forms, and everything you need to get your child a wonderful music education.

About The Instructors

Pictured above with his son, Aidan, (William) Shane Taylor is the founder of Kids Konservatory.  He has been teaching private lessons for 16 years.  He taught secondary instrumental music at a Christian school for two years.  He has taught elementary level music for 6 years.  Shane is an accredited Oklahoma teacher, who graduated from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  His classes are engaging, enjoyable, and centered around making sure the students learn the fundamentals of music so that they can pursue whatever musical endeavors in life they wish. 

Princess Calvert

   Princess is a singer and a teacher at heart. She went to Victory Christian School and graduated from ORU with a Bachelors of Art in vocal music. She has taught 6th grade, preschool, infants & toddlers, and is currently training teachers. However, no matter what the age, she has a natural ability to encourage and guide others through the learning process.

    She has been singing in choirs for over 30 years and has done solo work for over 20 years. Throughout her music ministry, she has sung at numerous weddings & funerals, and in prisons, nursing homes and churches.

    The voice lessons are intended to build confidence as they focus on technique like breath control, articulation and pleasant tone.
